TERMS OF TRADE:
A 50 % deposit is required on confirmation, the outstanding balance to be paid on delivery. Completed work to regions outside of Hawke’s Bay will not leave our workshop until full payment has been made. Elusive Furniture reserves the right to hold all furniture until payment has been made in full. It is acknowledged that should ‘Elusive Furniture’ have the need to engage the services of a debt collection agency, all costs incurred in this collection will be the liability of the debtor.
